(2 ) Process
①ith the palient sitting, siand behind the patient and apply Yizh 1cM a thumb waving pressing, An -pressing. Rou-starionary circular pressing, Tui-pushing, Nie -pinching, Na -holding to musrule of the neck for 5-10 minutes.
②Dian-finger pressing is carried out on fengch Jianjing, Jianzhen and painful points fur neck and shoulder for I minute respectively.
③Bo-pludcing method is applied on the spastic muscles of the neck nape, shoulder and back for 3 - 5 times respectively.
④With the patient sitting, push the occipital part of the patient’s head to the unaffected side forcefully. Tui-pushing is applied on the cervical muscles on the affected side with the root of the palm ( or using the thenar eminence) from shoulder to heac It is clone for about 5 minutes until the patieni feels warm.
⑤With the patient sitting, stand behind the patient and ask the patient to relax the cervical muscles. Hold the mandible with one hand, while supporting the occiput with the other hand. Ccnter the neck and head in the middle with the head slightly bent forward anti apply Qianying-traction with both hands to left the neck upward simuhaneously. Rotate the neck slowly to the left and right several times. After that, turn the patients head to one side and apply manipulation. when the resistance is kit. in this way, the spasm can be relieved and the disorders of the little joints adjusted.
If the patient has accompanying syrnp torus such as dizziness and headache, Dian- finger pressing and Rou-stationary circular pressing can be applied on Taiyang, Ylutang and Jiugming. Mo-slipping is carried out on the forehead and the superciliary arch from the middle parts to the lateral sides

④Let the patient hold the bad relax their waist.Hold the wrist joint and apply traction.Swing the waist for 2-3minutes.
⑤Oblique Ban-manipulation

⑥Yao rotation: With the patient in supine position, bend the knee and hip joint. Hold the knee joint and apply Yao-roration lightly to ihe waist for 1-2 minutes.The patient should rest on a hard bed.
